MynephewR · 05/12/2020 07:40. I almost always get a "good" score for sleep on fitbit and rarely sleep more than 7 hrs. If I sleep a fair bit more than 7 then the score is "excellent" . Sometimes I sleep less than 6 hours and still get a "good" score. I think it's based on the quality of sleep as well as how much you are getting.
