Gameplay wise: Graces F, Xillia 2 and Hearts R. Graces F is top tier in the combat department, plus the title system is probably my favorite character customization system in any RPG. Xillia 2 while kinda like a double edged sword in a lot of manners it definitely some of the most combo heavy/crazy combat in the series.
