MUSKEGON, Mich. (WWJ/AP) - A man convicted of killing a woman while she jogged in western Michigan is facing an automatic life sentence. Jeffrey Willis is returning to court Monday in Muskegon County.This week, Willis was charged with Heeringa's kidnapping and murder. The details of the case were laid out by a Norton Shores Police detective Sept. 19, 2016 in Muskegon's 60 th District Court.
