We have been to Perla's several times over many trips to Austin and enjoy many things Perla's offers. Perla's is a seafood and oyster bar in hip and trendy neighborhood of Austin called SoCo (South of Congress Ave) Most recently we stopped by for a quick bar meal and ordered oysters and several appetizers. Oysters are always great here.
