It was served with what tasted like soba dipping sauce. What was disappointing the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ($19.50) ramen. The broth was extremely salty. It seemed like the salt over took the rest of the flavouring in the ramen. The soft boiled egg also seemed slightly too soft boiled and didn't give the perfect jammy texture I'd hope …
