I believe you'll be enrolled in Genesis (it's the new Military Health System, hence MHS Genesis), but from my understanding, MEPS won't be pulling your civilian records before you ship out. However, Genesis likely gives every military doctor the ability to pull your civilian records throughout your entire career.
