As of reindeer, they do not go to Zverolova Hill, look for them in the eastern part of the area, in a forest by the border. So I found south of the outpost a little lake, tracks of a bear, cought the call of that bear and sighted the bear and also found a musk deer laying killed on the ice of the lake, in short everything that are sign of the predator, but the quest didn't count.
