Jackson Town Square has four elk antler arches, one in each corner, the first being erected in 1953, by the then Rotary Club. It was a huge surprise hit for them, so they started to plan for arches on the other three corners of the Square. All four arches were completed in 1969, with “shed” antlers being harvested from the National Elk Refuge.
