Before it was delivered I unfortunately had a Brain Haemorrhage,very nearly died and spent a month in hospital.When I came out of hospital I found that the hat didn’t fit.So I naturally tried to return it,thinking the company would see the reason I had missed the 14 day return period was no fault of my own.
