Faint line 13 dpo

I hope this time this isn’t the case. I took this test two days ago. But all the test after that came out negative. Am i out? Currently 13 dpo Current symptoms: implantion spotting started yesterday, Cramping started 3 days ago, breast are really sore i cant even sleep started 10 days ago.
