In my last pregnancy, I did walk around fully effaced and 4 cm dilated for almost a month. Baby was born at 37 weeks. I guess my only advice is to take it easy if you can. Bedrest really keeps with my contractions. Some doctors don't believe in bedrest, but a few more weeks of baking is worth it to me. < >
