I'm on Long Island and just had Altice/Optimum Fiber installed using the GR140DG router. I was able to call them to get the Router set for Bridge Mode so I could use my own equipment, but they could not turn off the WiFi. I googled for the user manual and found it. The Manual said to hold down WPS for 5 seconds. I tried that and it didn't work.
